ADP now supports non-numeric DN configurations. (ER# 269924633)
ADP can now be stopped through Genesys Administrator. Previously on occasion, ADP could not be stopped through Genesys Administrator, and the process on the ADP host machine had to be manually shut down. (ER# 274178472)
The force login option can now be used for Agent Logins
not associated with any person in the Configuration Server database. Previously in this scenario, the Agent Logins
could not be logged out, because it was impossible to determine the actual DN used. (ER# 270386558)
ADP no longer displays a message indicating that the contents of the IP have been extracted into the directory defined by ADP_HOME
upon installation. (ER# 273406513)

When installing Agent Desktop Proxy (ADP), a message occurs indicating that the contents of the IP have been extracted into the directory defined by ADP_HOME
. In fact, some items are extracted into the bin
and webapps
subdirectories within the directory defined by CATALINA_HOME
.
This message can be ignored. All files are extracted in the correct locations and ADP has been installed correctly.
