Genesys does not recommend installation of its components via a Microsoft Remote Desktop connection. The installation should be performed locally.
To utilize Genesys Web Engagement functionality in Interaction Workspace, Interaction Workspace version 8.1.401.36 or later is required.
To utilize Genesys Web Engagment functionality in Genesys Administrator Extension, Genesys Administrator Extension version 8.1.400.58 or later is required.
