The Call Details Report now displays the custom name values in the same order as provided in the voice application. Previously, it displayed the customer data in a random order. (ER# 79716224)

When integrated with an Oracle database, data insertion issues may be encountered due to an undefined
variable in the insert statement, as viewed in the events consolidator log files when the IVR Server Client loses its connection to the IVR Server. This causes a default application handler to be used. To work around this, re-establish the connection between the IVR Server Client and the IVR Server. (ER# 240452293)

The IVR Action reports display records called no IVR actions used, which provide a count of all calls utilizing the voice applications that do not have IVR Actions.
