This hot fix addresses the issue when the RTP packets from MCP comes in wrong sequence due to network delay. Now the PSTN Connector reorders packets before playing audio correctly to the caller.
MediaManager

which you can use to enable PSTN Connector to correctlt reorder those RTP
packets.0

reordering.
Set to 0

Corrections and Modifications
This is a hot fix for this product. There are no new features in this release of Voice Platform PSTN Connector.
This release also includes the following corrections and modifications:
The PSTN Connector now returns all received m-lines when responding to the Media Control Platform, and sets the RTP port number to 0
(zero) in the SDP to indicate unsupported media types, prompting the Media Control Platform to disable the corresponding media streams. Previously, this scenario caused the prompt playback to be cut off before completion on outbound calls initiated through the Supplementary Services Gateway. (ER# 289105447)
The PSTN Connector now resets the port state to IDLE
at the end of a successful Blind call transfer. Previously, the port state was not reset, causing stuck ports. (ER# 295791816)

This release is under shipping control. There are no new features in this release of Voice Platform PSTN Connector.
This release also includes the following correction and modification:
The PSTN Connector does not stop streaming in the Dialogic callback
thread when the call is prematurely terminated immediately after answer and the first stream buffer is received. Previously in this scenario, the PSTN Connector got into a bad state and stopped responding. (ER# 273272131)
The PSTN Connector now translates all SIP error codes to the appropriate TDM disconnect cause codes. Previously, some of the cause codes were invalid on the Channel Associated Signaling/Robbed-Bit (CAS/RB) configuration, resulting in errors during call disconnection. (ER# 273272137)

configuration option in the GatewayManager
section.
Use2DigitPortNumber
Default Value: true
Valid Values: true, false
Changes Take Effect: At start/restart
Use this option to send two-digit logical port numbers in the X-Genesys-GVP-IVRPort
header if the configured Dialed Number (DN) uses two digit numbers for its name, or to send three-digit logical port numbers in the X-Genesys-GVP-IVRPort
header if the configured DN uses three digit numbers for its name. (ER# 267942115)
This release also includes the following correction and modification:
Audio packets from the Media Control Platform (MCP) to the PSTN Connector are no longer dropped under high load conditions. This issue has been resolved in this release. (ER# 258240960)
The logging path for the ccilib.*.log
has been changed in the log.all
configuration option so that logs are now stored in a non-GVP directory. (ER# 268953628)

Audio packets from the Media Control Platform (MCP) to the PSTN Connector might be dropped under high load conditions. To workaround this issue, decrease the packet transmission rate by changing the value of MCP configuration option [mpc]rtp.prefilltime from 200 to 400.
Note: The workaround might increase the prompt playback latency.
