Reporter no longer needs to be reinstalled when Common is reinstalled on the GVP Reporter machine. (ER# 121892781)
The SQL scripts for upgrading from 7.0.3 to 7.6 are now included with the installation of EventC. Previously, to upgrade the EventC databases from 7.0.3 to 7.5, you were required to run the upgrade scripts for 7.0.3 from 7.2 before running the upgrade scripts from 7.2 to 7.5. (ER# 121032573)
The report summaries in hr_call_status and ts_hr_call_status table records are now generated based on GMT. Previously, those report summaries were generated based on the local time zone, and when Daylight Savings Time started, the summary generated two records with the same time, leading to a violation of a unique constraint. (ER# 137252220)
The following information is now included in the Genesys 7 Hardware and Sizing Guide:
EventC 35,000 calls/hour (one server solution)(Solaris)
(ER# 50079600)
This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.
When you uninstall a GVP component from a server, the corresponding entries in the Element Management Provisioning System (EMPS) are not removed. This is intended functionality to facilitate reinstallation/upgrade of that component without the need to reconfigure it. The side effect of this functionality is that such deleted components will show up in the Element Management GUI on the left side tree. However, clicking on any of those links will return an error. There also might be errors in the phperrors.log file. These errors can be ignored. (ER# 6244156)
