Corrections and Modifications
This release is under shipping control. There are no new features in this release of Genesys Voice Platform ASR Log Server.
This release includes the following corrections and modifications:
ASR Log Server now returns the correct customer information in the SWIEvents log for all cases. Previously, multiple customer events were generated (in certain error conditions) using the same channel ID, causing ASR Log Server to relate events for different customers to the same call. (ER # 254468201)
