Support for either iWD, CEP or stateless information for templates.
Selection between these options is enforced when templates are created. The default type is Stateless
.
The CEP
type requires the presence of Genesys Web Engagement. Note that the
reserved template type iCFD
has been removed in this release. Any new template types
required can now be created by users.
Support for forced password change during user login, and password reset upon user request, where the application supports it.
Support for duplicate template names for different tenants.
Support for mapping several instances of a parameter to a single parameter definition. To avoid multiple
definitions of different instances of a parameter, you can now use the underscore (_) character in parameter
names to specify an index of the parameter if the expression requires more than one instance of the parameter. For example for
a date parameter called DT
,,
you can specify DT_1, DT_2, DT_n
, and so on.
Support for the display in all user interfaces of a user's last logged-in time and datestamp.
Support for multi-line actions and conditions, which enables longer expressions to be used.
New Genesys branding is applied throughout the user interface and installers.

Renaming a property breaks the linkage with a parameter. The message that the missing link target will be removed on next save continues to appear until any modification to a parameter is made and then saved. Merely closing the parameters window does not cause the missing parameters to be deleted.
Workaround: Delete the missing property and add in the newly renamed property, then save the parameter. (GRS-1458)

Renaming a property breaks the linkage with a parameter. The old property shows as associated with the parameter until the parameter window is closed and reopened. When the parameter window is reopened, the property shows as missing.
Workaround: Delete the missing property and add the newly renamed property. (GRS-1324)
