There are no restrictions for this release. This section describes new features that were introduced in this release of Gplus Adapter for SAP Analytics.
Gplus Adapter for SAP Analytics (the Adapter) now supports the SAP NetWeaver RFC Library version 7210.627.25.27014. The classic RFC library is no longer supported. The following three options were added in the [rfc-server]
section to provide native logging support of the SAP NetWeaver RFC Library.
trace
Default Value: Off
Valid Values: (case insensitive) Off, Brief, Verbose,
or Full
Off
: Only severe errors are logged to the dev_rfc.trc
file.Brief
: All API calls and important attributes like codepages, RFC headers, and login parameters are traced.Verbose
: In addition to the values captured by Brief,
the values of the scalar RFC parameters as well as the contents of the network containers are traced.
Full
: In addition to to the values captured by Verbose,
the contents of nested structures and tables as well as all API calls of setter
and getter
functions are traced.
This option controls rfc trace logging level of the NetWeaver RFC library.
trace-dir
Default Value: '.' (that is, the current working directory)
Valid Values:
Mandatory: No
Changes Take Effect: Immediately
Important: The directory must exist prior to setting this option. This means that the NetWeaver RFC library will not create non-existing directories.
This option is configurable on the NetWeaver RFC library level. It changes the directory where the NetWeaver RFC library writes trace files.

: Results in one log file per processTHREAD

You can now import the Genesys Interaction details (for completed voice, e-mail, chat, and open media interactions) into the SAP CRM for centralized analytics processing.
Interaction details are now retrieved from Genesys Info Mart instead of Genesys Interaction Concentrator.
Multiple Adapter instances can now point to the same Genesys Info Mart database.
You can now validate application options in Genesys Administrator.
