A new Option, application/acwStrategy
, has been added to configure how the Adapter
tracks ACW sessions that were not initiated in a routed interaction. The behavior up to this release
was to count all ACW sessions and allocate them to the target of the last routed interaction whether
that session was initiated during the interaction or not.

Reason codes and mapping of those codes have been added for Ready and On Interaction RTA states.
The logging levels now have a significant effect on the amount of information logged and the size of the resulting log files.
The installation script files were moved to different folders and a new Windows installation script was added to simplify installing the Adapter as a Windows Service.
The statistics logging was expanded to include counts of logged-in agents, monitored Places, etc. as well as the memory usage logging.
The report formats are now configured in template files contained in the res/reportTemplates
folder.
Monitored agents can now be included or excluded from Streams based on the switch ACDQueue
that
they logged into.
