Fixed bug where logging in PendingRequestManager was generating an exception.


ITEM (WFM-1531)

Fixed bug where the Platform SDK "addp" connection code could fail on an intact connection. The Platform SDK version in the adapter was upgraded to 7.6.201.10 as per Genesys Support recommendation for SR# 512841.

Fixed bug where NullPointerException was generated if no objects for a requested object type were returned from Configuration Server.

Fixed bug with SetAgentCallMediaStateFilter that only checked for Outbound state on Established event.

Fixed bug where site name was truncated to 15 characters instead of 20 because the name was prefixed with SITE: in reports.

The embedded database structure has been modified for performance gains and is no longer compatible with earlier versions of the adapter. Any customer upgrading to this new version must install a fresh version with a new database.

Any upgrades from earlier versions must not use the original embedded Derby database.

Annex sections that are removed from Group objects (Place Groups and Agent Groups) are not tracked properly by the Adapter. The Annex section has to be renamed rather than deleted for the configuration change to be tracked correctly. This affects removing Place Groups from Sites and Agent Groups from Staff Groups.
