Genesys Info Mart Administration Console will not work properly if the User Name
configured on the DB Info
tab of its Database Access Point (DAP) is not the schema owner. As a workaround for this limitation, make sure to configure the User Name
on the DB Info
tab of the DAP, so that Genesys Info Mart Administration Console uses the schema owner's user account to connect to the Staging Area database. (ER# 217847703)

A request from the Genesys Info Mart Administration Console to shutdown a specific running job may result in the job not stopping immediately. This can occur if the job is currently in the middle of a database query or update. The job cannot shut down until the database query or update is fully completed. If the job needs to be stopped immediately, then you must stop the Genesys Info Mart Server using SCI. This will immediately stop the Genesys Info Mart Server and all running jobs. (ER# 106282221)
