This release note applies to all 7.2 releases of GIM (Genesys Info Mart) Inbound Voice Reporting Templates. Information will be added to this release note as subsequent versions of the component are released. To help you identify the specific differences in releases, the release note includes new features and corrections and modifications for each release. Links in the Contents section enable you to access information regarding a specific release. A table in the Contents section lists at a high level the supported operating systems for each release. For more detailed information, see the Genesys Supported Operating Systems and Databases Reference Manual.
The Known Issues and Recommendations section is a cumulative list with the most recent items at the top of the list. This list includes information on when individual items were found and, if applicable, corrected.
The Discontinued Support section is also a cumulative list with the most recent items at the top of the list. This list includes functionality that is no longer supported and the release number of the version in which support was discontinued.
Note: Genesys solutions may sometimes utilize functionality from commercial or non-commercial third parties, when such solutions are determined to provide quality approaches to items Genesys would otherwise have to raise costs to implement.

Corrections and Modifications
There are no restrictions for this release. This section describes new features that were introduced in the initial 7.2 release of GIM Inbound Voice Reporting Templates.
This new CCPulse+ out-of-the-box template, based on SQL queries, yields historical reports from Genesys Info Mart (GIM) Database data. The reports reflect agent login sessions, reasons for agents being in the Not Ready state, a breakdown of agent activities, and certain aspects of contact center performance. To help you analyze the performance of skill-based routing, a number of Skill Combination reports focus on how well requested agent skills are matched.
This is the first release of this product. There are no corrections or modifications in this release.
This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.
The Average Inbound Handle Time in the Agent Task Report is calculated incorrectly. Please contact Genesys Technical Support for instructions on how to resolve this problem. (ER# 50087281)
