When an agent creates an outgoing e-mail and inserts a long HTML standard response, the HTML message body is no longer corrupted when viewed later. Previously, a HTML message body, which appeared as normal when initially created, would appear corrupted when the e-mail was sent, or saved and closed, and then viewed in the email history, reopened to update a draft version, or viewed by the receiver. The Multiline signature used in Standard Response Library HTML template is now inserted correctly. Previously, the signature appeared in a single line separated by spaces. (ER# 236617151)

The transfer information in the notepad now contains the date and time that the agent transferred the interaction. Previously, the transfer information contained the current date and time. (ER# 234264835)
When an agent creates a new outgoing e-mail, and then saves, saves and closes, or sends it, to an existing contact that has a "_" in his e-mail address, a duplicate contact is no longer created. Now, the outgoing e-mail is associated with existing contact. (ER# 234324141)

When an agent creates a new outgoing e-mail, and then saves, saves and closes, or sends it, the associated e-mail address is no longer replaced by another similar address. Now, the exact e-mail address is used to search the contact database, and if no contact is found a new contact is created. (ER# 222714236)
