Known Issues and Recommendations

This section provides the latest information on known issues and recommendations associated with this product.

Historical reports calculate ServiceFactor as follows:

where Distributed_in_Threshold is defined as calls answered within a threshold. This definition is closer to the one CCPulse+ uses; however, the results may not be equivalent. This is because Stat Server, while calculating the real-time ServiceFactor metric, takes into account calls that are distributed to agents, but abandoned before the agent answers the call (CallAbandonedWhileRinging). CC Analyzer does not consider this action for its calculation of ServiceFactor. (ER# 47823)

Found In:  6.1 Fixed In:

Agentsandagentgroup_daily_bc.bqy has an incorrect ACW definition. Use Agent report to get the correct ACW time. (ER# 74702)

Found In:  6.5 Fixed In:

In the Queue_Comparison.bqy report, object labels may cover detail charts if you select too many objects or if the object names are too long. Furthermore, some object names on summary graphs may be unreadable. (ER# 98613)
