This deployment procedure applies to the 7.6.000.28 Hot Fix of Configuration Server, released December 17, 2008. It describes how to deploy RADIUS External Authentication on the Master COnfiguration Server and Configuration Server Proxy, using the package you received from Genesys via FTP.
To deploy RADIUS External Authentication on the Master Configuration Server and Configuration Server Proxy, do the following:
radiusclient.conf file, the RADIUS servers listed
in the parameter authserver must be stated as IP addresses,
not domain names.servers file must contain all of the servers listed
in the radiusclient.conf. All server names must be stated
as IP addresses, not domain names.dictionarylibgauth_radius_32.so or libgauth_radius_64.so,
as appropriateradius.seqradiusclient.confserversauthenticationlibrarygauth_radiusgauth_radius as the section that
specifies the output level for debugging information produced by the
