Overview of Pulse

Pulse uses a direct communication link to Stat Server, to enable at-a-glance views of real-time contact center statistics within the GAX user interface.

You can access Pulse by going to Reports > Pulse > Dashboard.

With the proper user permissions, you can:

Pulse uses widgets to display user-defined Donut, Key Performance Indicator (KPI), or List charts of statistics for objects. Pulse can display multiple columns of widgets within the Dashboard. You can add, clone, edit, remove, drag-and-drop, or maximize widgets.

You can also view and select additional report details and options by maximizing a widget. Once maximized, you can choose a stacked bar, grouped bar, or grid view. You can sort the data and select which statistics to include.
