When downloading online content, you may encounter issues that are easily resolved.

Downloading ZIP files Save ZIP files to your hard drive. If a Windows Security warning displays, right-click the file and select Properties. On the General tab, click Unblock. Click OK.

Downloading CHM files Windows Security requires that you open CHM help files from your local drive rather than a network drive (for example, C:\ rather than \\networkserver\).
