Settings

Once you have downloaded the Genesys Care Mobile App, you can adjust the app settings in Settings > Genesys Care. This includes updating your phone number and email address.

If you want to receive in-app notifications for new cases opened and case updates posted, select Sound and/or Vibration. The Case Notifications will appear in the Notifications bar (top of the phone), and can be selected from the Notifications pull-down.

If you want to receive Push notifications for personal cases, from the Applications Menu select Notifications and in the next window, enable the Personal Case Notifications toggle. By enabling this you will receive notifications on all updates of your personal cases.
