On-Premises Users

If you experience any issues such as Incorrect PIN or Authentication Failed, you can:

  • Open a Support Case in My Support (select Product Category = Genesys Care Tools and Product = Mobile Application).
  • Email care.mobile@genesys.com

Cloud Users

If you experience any issues such as Incorrect PIN or Authentication Failed, please email care.mobile@genesys.com
