What's New

This release includes the following new features and enhancements:

• The new setting Minimum consecutive working days, in the WFM Web for Supervisors Contracts > Constraints tab, enables supervisors to set the minimum number of consecutive working days an agent must be scheduled before any scheduled days off. For more information about Contract constraints, see the Working Days section in the Workforce Management Web for Supervisors Help.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

WFM Web is updated to ensure that error messages in Web for Agents are correctly translated into the appropriate language when WFM is localized. Previously, after WFM was localized, some error messages incorrectly displayed in English and others had incorrect translations. (WFM-30222)
