8.5.001.14

Genesys T-Server and UCMA Connector for Skype for Business Release Notes

Release Date Release Type Restrictions AIX Linux Solaris Windows
12/08/16 Hot Fix X

What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

  • T-Server now unregisters devices on the Connector, and consequently on Skype for Business Server, when a DN is deleted or disabled in the Configuration Layer.
T-Server immediately reports EventDNOutOfService for that device and sends an unregistration request to the Connector when the device becomes idle. Previously, T-Server did not unsubscribe deleted or disabled devices from the Connector.
To simplify troubleshooting, T-Server now also provides an extension key cause in EventDNOutOfService. The new extension key specifies the cause in text form. For example, the cause "dn disabled in CME" means that the event is generated as a result of a disabled device in the Configuration Layer. The cause "terminated" means that the Connector receives a notification from Skype for Business Server about the disabling of a user account.
There is no predetermined list of possible causes. (LYNC-2503)
