The mlcmd utility accepts the APP_STATUS_SUSPENDED response from the application(s) on sending the immediate shutdown request to application. Previously, the mlcmd utility displayed a failure message when sending the immediate shutdown request to application(s) where it was not accepting the APP_STATUS_SUSPENDED response. (MFWK-24334)
