What's New

This release contains the following new feature or enhancement:

  • To simplify troubleshooting of secure connections, Solution Control Server (SCS) offers additional logging of the secure connection establishment phase when used with Security Pack 8.5.100.06 or newer.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

When the backup master Configuration Server is running in primary mode, Configuration Server Proxy now restarts successfully if it is configured to restart, if needed. When the host or port of the active master Configuration Server is changed, a new command-line argument is passed by SCS to Local Control Agent (LCA), and is used when restarting the Configuration Server Proxy application. Previously, LCA kept trying to restart the Configuration Server Proxy application with the original parameters, resulting in startup failure. (MFWK-16980)

This release eliminates the race condition that sometimes occurred between two Solution Control Servers in a distributed HA pair when they handled a network outage between each other. In this case, one or both of the Solution Control Servers sometimes received the wrong notification about a change in their run mode. As a result, the customer interface displayed one of the servers in the HA pair as Stopped when it was still running. (MFWK-16904)
