Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
When a Get Messages call is issued, a TypingStarted notification is now sent only when text is submitted in the customer request. Previously, a TypingStarted notification was always sent in response to a Get Messages call—even if the customer had not been typing—resulting in the agent desktop application always indicating that the customer had been typing, even if they had not been. (ESR-10015)
Web API Server no longer uses all of the memory that has been assigned to Java before releasing memory, resulting in improved performance. (ESR-9645)
Upgrade Notes
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.000.17.
