What's New

  • Genesys Web Engagement introduces a new timeout trigger called notyping to the Business Events DSL. This setting keeps track of when a customer is not actively providing input (i.e. typing), such as when filling in a form. As soon as the customer provides input by pressing a key, the timer is reset.

my_prefix* – affects only keys starting with "my_prefix"
*my_suffix – affects only keys ending with "my_suffix"
