This release includes only resolved issues.
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
UserData is now propagated to chat interactions that are initiated from Genesys CX Widgets. Note that version 9.0.014.04 (or later) of CX Widgets is required for this functionality to work correctly. (WM-8325)
The GWE_Server_Cluster.xml and GWE_Client.xml metadata files are now provided in a format that is supported by Genesys Administrator. (WM-8319)
Rules published from the Genesys Rules Authoring Tool (GRAT) are now applied during run-time. Restarting the GWE service is no longer required. (WM-8318)
Upgrade Notes
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.100.11.
