What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- The Genesys Web Engagement Plug-in for Genesys Administrator Extension (GAX) now allows customers to configure pacing settings by using the Agent Groups that are listed in the Web Engagement Pacing Configuration menu. A new privilege, Access to Web Engagement Pacing Configuration, was added to control access to this functionality.
Note: This version was first released as a Hot Fix on 10/31/16.
