Genesys Softphone is now able to correctly detect that the workstation on which it is running was assigned a new IP address, for example when switching from a wired network connection to a WiFi connection, and re-registers to SIP Server with this new address, assuming this new address matches the rules configured in the public_address option. (SOFTPHONE-485)
