Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Agents can now see the correct number of remaining characters when replying to an inbound Tweet message. Previously, the number of remaining characters was incorrect. (SMD-5299)
A new field is added to the plugin that is used to sort messages by time of arrival, in milliseconds, ensuring that agents receive plain text messages from Facebook users in the correct order. (SMD-5210, SMD-5365)
Issues that prevented an agent from replying to an inbound Tweet message from the My History section are fixed. (SMD-4777, SMD-5406)
Upgrade Notes
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 9.0.003.07.
