What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Support for Windows Server 2019. See the Messaging Apps/Social Engagement page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported operating systems. (SMD-6932)
- A new runtime caching mechanism is added to improve the processing speed of inbound attachments. (SMD-6925)
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
The driver processes inbound Facebook public messages (posts and comments) without any issue. Previously, the plugin failed to process the recovered public messages. (SMD-6868, SMD-6928)
The driver no longer encounters an error due to typing events when an agent sends Facebook messages. (SMD-6891)
The driver now recovers Facebook private messages from different users with the same name and delivers the messages to agents as different interactions. Previously, the recovered messages were merged though they were sent by different users. (SMD-6579)
Upgrade Notes
If you are upgrading Cloud API Driver for Facebook to 9.0.011.51, you must also upgrade Cloud API Driver for Twitter to 9.0.011.51.
