What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• Support for TLS 1.2 — Genesys Decisions now supports connections to the DB Server using TLS 1.2. To use TLS 1.2, you must install Microsoft OLE DB Driver 18 for SQL Server on the client machines. A change to the configuration files is also required. Contact Customer Care for assistance.
• Support for Microsoft SQL Server 2017 and SQL Server 2019 — Support for the following databases. See the Decisions page in the Genesys Supported Operating Environment Reference Guide for more detailed information and a list of all supported databases.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issue:

Scenarios with Outbound Contact Types — Scenarios with multi-skilled, outbound contact types now open successfully. Previously, in all Decisions software releases after release 9.0.000.04, this type of scenario failed to open.
