Logging In

The Log In view is the first view that you see on the Home tab of your Salesforce application. It enables you to identify yourself to CTI Adapter for Salesforce system.

When launching the dashboard, the Log In view opens in your browser.

The CTI Adapter for Salesforce is located on the Home tab of your Salesforce application.

To log into Cloud CTI for Salesforce, complete the following steps:

1. Open the Cloud CTI Adapter.
2. Enter your user name in the Username field (this is your email address).
   
3. Enter your password in the Password field.
   
4. Select Log In.
