Workbench Application Logs

When opening a support case on Workbench with Customer Care, it is useful to include log files to enable quicker troubleshooting. Workbench produces log files for several Workbench components, all with a file extension of .log. These log files are located in the directory below:


In addition, the Cassandra database installed with Workbench produces a log that is stored in this directory:


Another source of log files are the logs generated for the Workbench application monitor based on the value of the "all" option in the "log" section of the Workbench Server application options.
