Call Summary Page

The Call Summary page displays summary information for each of the call flows currently configured within the system. A call flow is the custom template used for placing calls into an IVR application. The summaries can be sorted by total or failed calls, call flow name, and active alerts.

By default the summary displays the last 24 hours of calls. The summary timeframe can be adjusted by selecting a new time value from the Call Summary drop-down.

The call flows can be filtered by name using the “Filter” text field. The list of call flows will be updated based on the filter text provided.
