Settings

Once you have downloaded the Genesys Care Mobile App, you can adjust the app settings in Settings > Genesys Care. This includes updating your phone number and email address.

If you want to receive notifications for new cases opened and case updates posted, select Sound and/or Vibration. The Case Notifications will appear in the Notifications bar (top of the phone), and can be selected from the Notifications pull-down.
