If you have an issue or a question regarding Remote Alarm Monitoring with Workbench, you can submit a Support Case to Customer Care.

Login to My Support and select Open a Case from the left-side menu. Complete the mandatory fields; for Product Category, select Genesys Care Tools:

Then for Product, select Remote Alarm Monitoring:

Submit your request and a Customer Care Tools specialist will contact you.
