Controls Stat Server behavior upon receiving the EventAgentNotReady event with WorkMode=AfterCallWork when there is call related AfterCallWork action in progress on a DN. The default behavior (acw-absorb-mode=0) is to stop a call related AfterCallWork action and then start a non call related AfterCallWork action. If acw-absorb-mode=1 then the existing call related AfterCallWork action is not stopped (legacy 8.1 behavior).

Stat Server is now able to calculate the ACWCompleted action on mediation DNs in the 8.1 legacy mode. To enable the legacy behavior, the configuration option [statserver]/acw-absorb-mode must be set to 1. (SS-8104)


In the scenario when the manual After Call Work is started on a regular DN X on which there is call-related AfterCallWork (ConnID1) action in progress, Stat Server now correctly generates the ACWCompleted action on mediation DNs through which the call with ConnID1 was distributed to X and the duration of the ACWCompleted action is set to the elapsed duration of the call-related After Call Work. (SS-8091)




Upgrade Notes

No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.108.19.
