What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

  • Muxer now supports passing passwords via environment variables to avoid storing secure information as plain text in the configuration file.
  • When working with RWS version or higher, the Muxer component now supports querying using the startTime parameter only, and the interval_buffer_minutes no longer needs to be specified to avoid missing recordings. In the previous version, when Muxer performed a query, it used both the startTime and endTime query parameters, and the interval_buffer_minutes had to be specified to contain an overlap period to avoid missing recordings.

Resolved Issues

This release contains the following resolved issues:

When the split_window_enabled parameter, under the Processing section, is set to 1, the Recording Muxer Script now performs the Muxing operation as expected. Previously, when split_window_enabled was set to 1, the Recording Muxer Script did not function as expected.(GIR-8655)

Muxer no longer removes the URL prefix that is specified in the htcc_base_uri configuration parameter.

For example, in the previous version if the htcc_base_uri parameter was, the string uri_prefix would be removed by the Muxer. (GIR-8257)
