RCS now supports reading the recording root CA certificate from a certificate file. In addition to the existing options, the rcs.properties cacertstorepath parameter can be set the path to the CA certificate file. The file must contain an X509 certificate in PEM format. (GIR-403)
Java no longer treats the Windows "\" path character as a special character when processing the rcs.properties Recording Crypto Server local configuration file. (GIR-395)
