This release contains the following resolved issues:
Characters entered into a text box (textarea HTML element) in Internet Explorer are now synchronized correctly in both directions (from user to agent and vice versa) when using Co-browse in Write Mode with Workspace Desktop Edition. Previously, the characters entered into these text boxes were not synchronized properly in some versions of Internet Explorer. (CB-4664)
