What's New

This release contains the following new features and enhancements:

• This release is compatible with the 8.5.003.04 releases of Genesys Co-browse Server and Genesys Co-browse Plug-in for Workspace Desktop Edition.
• New templates:
  Important

  New Co-browse reporting templates are not applicable when using Workspace Web Edition (WWE) because the Co-browse session limitations feature is not yet implemented in the WWE Co-browse module.
  • CurrentCo-browseAgentsNumber, which includes the following Pulse statistics:
    • Number of agents working on co-browse interactions
    • Number of agents working on chat and voice that currently have co-browse sessions denial
    • Number of agents working on chat and voice that currently have allow co-browse after denial
  • CurrentCo-browseDenials, which includes the following Pulse statistics:
    • Number of chat and voice interactions currently handled by agents that have co-browse denial
    • Number of chat and voice interactions currently handled by agents that have allow co-browse after denial
  • TotalCo-browseDenials, which includes the following Pulse statistics:
    • Total number of chat and voice interactions handled by agents with co-browse denial
    • Total number of chat and voice interactions handled by agents with allow co-browse after denial
• Updated the following profiles:
  • Co-browseSessionsState template—added denied state
  • StatProfile_Pulse.cfg—removed deprecated Stat Server statistics and added new statistics and filters
• Deleted the following templates because they do not support multiple sessions:
  • CurrentCo-browseAgents
  • TotalCo-browseAgents

Upgrade Notes

No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.003.04.
