What's New
This release contains the following new features and enhancements:
- Java 8 is supported.
- In eServices Manager, screening rules must be associated with at least one category. However, when using the Knowledge Manager interface, it is possible to create screening rules that are not associated with any category. In eServices Manager, any such screening rules are assigned to a category called <tenant><language>; for example, AcmeProductsEnglish.
- It is now possible to copy, cut, and paste Knowledge Management objects (categories, standard responses, screening rules).
Resolved Issues
This release contains the following resolved issues:
Rules can only be copied individually across tenants. If the user selects a category tree and tries to paste it across different tenants, only categories from the original tree will be pasted. The rules will not be pasted. (KM-2401)
Upgrade Notes
No special procedure is required to upgrade to release 8.5.110.08.
