Creating Your Salesforce Call Center

This section does not apply if you are a current user of the Adapter.

If you are a new user of the Adapter, Genesys has provisioned most of your contact center resources for you in the cloud. All you need to do at the most basic level using the Salesforce UI is:

  • Create your new Salesforce call center by downloading and importing the Call Center Definition .xml file, which is provided by Genesys
  • Specify the field parameter values for the Call Center Definition .xml file
