Editing Call Center Permission Details

You can edit the CTI panel permissions of the existing Call Center records by using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Genesys Cloud > Call Center Permission > List
  2. Select Show Panel to allow users to toggle the Show Panel for a specific record type at the tab level.
