Creating Your Salesforce Call Center
If you are a new user of the VCC Gplus Adapter for Salesforce, Genesys has provisioned most of your contact center resources for you in the Cloud. You just have a couple of setup tasks to perform in Salesforce:
- Install the Gplus Adapter for Saleforce
- Add Users to your Salesforce Call Center
- Create a softphone layout
After you have these components set up, you can use the Agent Setup user interface for agent provisioning and desktop configuration. See Agent Setup Administrators Guide.
