How do I use Agent Desktop?

Getting Started

This Getting Started section shows you the basics of how to login to Workspace and start taking calls and other interactions with your customers and contacts.

Log In — The Log In window is the first view you see when you launch the VCC Agent Desktop application in a browser window. It lets you identify yourself to your company's system and, if required by your administrator, enter additional login information.

You might have the optional ability to change your phone number when log in.

Controlling Your Session

After you successfully log in, the Main View of the Workspace application is displayed in your browser window. The Main View is like a personal control panel for your contact center. Use it to manage your Ready Status for all of your media channel and the channels that you use to communicate with contacts.

Viewing Your Statistics and Reports

The Main View enables you to view your performance activity in the Dashboard and your personal statistics and alerts.
