How Do I Configure the Reject Button?
You can enable or disable the ability for agents to click a button to reject an incoming call when they are in the Ready status using the Permissions tab under Desktop Settings.
- Click Enable Reject Button to enable agents to click a button to reject an incoming call:
- Click to remove the check mark in the Enable Reject Button check box to disable this feature.
