Answering Calls

When there is an incoming call, you receive a toast notification or screen pop that contains the data about this call. This notification allows you to review the data before accepting or rejecting the call:

  • click Accept to accept the incoming call
  • click Reject to reject the incoming call and return it to the call queue
The Accept or Reject buttons might not be available depending on the type of phone being used.

Administrators can enable or disable the Reject feature using VCC Dashboard. See the Call Center Settings topic in the VCC Dashboard Help for more information.
