The Main Window enables you to:

[+] 4. View your channels, history, statistics (KPIs) and contact-center statistics in My Workspace

[+] 6. Manage contacts

[+] 9. Accept or reject inbound interactions by using the Interaction Preview
[+] 10. Start an Instant Message session
[+] 11. Participate in an Outbound campaign
