Tables with Limited Changes

DevGuide2.png Purpose: To provide a list of tables that experienced only general model changes between releases 7.6 and 8.x.

The changes in the following tables were limited to the audit-, time-, and purging-related fields. Otherwise, these tables did not experience major changes between releases 7.6 and 8.1:

  • CALLING_LIST_METRIC_FACT
  • CALL_RESULT
  • CAMPAIGN_GROUP_SESSION_FACT
  • CAMPAIGN_GROUP_STATE
  • CAMPAIGN_GROUP_STATE_FACT
  • CONTACT_INFO_TYPE
  • DIALING_MODE
  • INTERACTION_DESCRIPTOR (Note: Although the propagation mechanism changed for user data related fields, the names of the corresponding columns, such as CUSTOMER_SEGMENT, SERVICE_TYPE, SERVICE_SUBTYPE, and BUSINESS_RESULT, remain the same.)
  • INTERACTION_RESOURCE_STATE
  • INTERACTION_TYPE
  • IXN_RESOURCE_STATE_FACT
  • MEDIA_TYPE
  • RECORD_FIELD_GROUP_1
  • RECORD_FIELD_GROUP_2
  • RECORD_STATUS
  • RECORD_TYPE
  • REQUESTED_SKILL
  • REQUESTED_SKILL_COMBINATION
